This used to be a downtown office building. Almost-new commercial space, converted into a group house. That is the story. The name is Dells Discovery Broadway.
Launched 2026. About 80% adult groups — golf, bach, friends who want to walk to the bars. Families can stay. We are not selling a playground here.
Two large lounge spaces. Bonus room with games and a 100" TV. Eight TVs total. Back patio, fire pit, gas grill, foosball.
Wheelchair-accessible entry / ramp at the door.
