Arrival
Check-in is 4:00 PM. Checkout is 10:00 AM. Door code and the rest of the instructions go out the morning of check-in.
Early check-in is sometimes possible if nobody stayed the night before. Ask. Late checkout is usually a no — cleaners need the window.
18+ to book. Only registered guests on the reservation. Family gatherings and birthdays are fine at occupancy. Do not add a crowd that is not on the booking.
Wifi, kitchen, laundry
Full kitchen in both houses: pots, pans, dishes, blender, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig mini. We leave Bella Goose coffee and starter k-cups. Tea, sugar, honey, cooking spray, salt and pepper are there to get you started.
Washer and dryer on site. Bring your own extra snacks and drinks. We are not a hotel pantry.

Quiet hours
Wisconsin Dells has 24/7 quiet hours for rentals. No outdoor music. No speakers in the yard. Walk to the bars. Come home quiet.
Neighbors live here. So do businesses next to Broadway. Stay on the property. Do not cut through yards or shop lots.
Dells Discovery · Oak Street
1127 Oak St. Two townhomes, one stay. Use the front or back doors on each side. Connecting door is in the bonus rooms.
Park in the driveway first (6–8 cars). Street parking is extra, and the city posts the rules. Do not block anyone in.
Game garages are heated. Pool table, foosball, basketball arcade, picnic tables. Playground and swing sets are for kids. Fire pit and grill are out back. Keep the volume down outside.
Walk: boat launch nearby, Riverwalk about 2 blocks, Broadway about 10 minutes.
Exterior cameras: 4. Two covering the rear, two doorbells.
Dells Discovery Broadway
613 Broadway. Walk out the door onto the strip.
Park in the 5 spots behind the house. Do not park in the alley. You will get towed. Street parking out front has to follow posted rules.
Ramp at the entry. Bonus room has the 100" TV and games. Patio, fire pit, gas grill in back.

Checkout
Out by 10:00 AM. Dishes in the dishwasher. Trash in the bins. Thermostats left reasonable. Lights off. Doors locked.
If something broke, tell us. We would rather hear it from you than from the cleaner.
