Who can stay

You have to be 18 to book. The people on the reservation are the people in the house. Family gatherings and birthdays are fine if everyone fits occupancy.

Oak Street cap is about 20–22. Broadway is 18. Do not bring extras. That is how listings get shut down.

Dells Discovery on Oak Street is the whole house. We do not split it into side A and side B.

Noise

The city runs 24/7 quiet hours on rentals. No outdoor music. No speakers on the patio or in the yard. Inside voices outside.

Go downtown for the night. Come back like you live next to other people, because you do.

Parking

Oak Street: driveway first, 6–8 cars. Street parking is extra. Read the signs.

Broadway: five dedicated spots behind the house. Do not park in the alley. You will get towed. Street spots out front have to follow city rules.

Pets

No pets. No exceptions for the “he is basically a service dog” speech. Actual service animals are handled separately — message us before you book.

Smoking

No smoking, vaping, or anything that leaves a smell in the house. Take it far enough off the property that the next guest does not walk into it.

Cameras

Exterior only. Oak Street has 4: two covering the rear, two doorbells. Broadway has 2: front and back. No interior cameras.

Neighbors and businesses

Stay on the property. Do not cut through yards, decks, or shop lots. Broadway is tight. Oak Street is a real neighborhood. Act like a guest, not a parade.

House care

Treat it like a house, not a rental you can wreck. If something breaks, tell us. Cancellation terms show at checkout before you pay — we are not going to invent refund math on this page.
