Two houses that book as one
This is two connected townhomes sold as one stay. You get the whole thing. We do not rent side A or side B.
Each side has its own front and back door. There is a connecting door in the bonus rooms if you want to walk through inside.
About 80% of our Oak Street guests are families. The rest are adult groups. If you want the playground, jungle gym, and swing sets, this is the house.

Game garages, yard, parking
Converted garages: heated, epoxy floors, pool table, 2 foosball tables, 2 basketball arcade games, picnic tables.
Outside: playground / jungle gym / swing sets, fire pit, Weber grill.
Driveway holds 6–8 cars. Street parking exists. Follow the posted ordinances.
Walk: boat launch across the way, Riverwalk about 2 blocks, Broadway about 10 minutes.
